超微細改性氫氧化鋁的工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：采用改進(jìn)的精制拜爾法制備超微細改性氫氧化鋁，在種分過(guò)程中加入分散改性劑，解決了粒子團聚問(wèn)題，提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，實(shí)現粒子的表面改性，使晶種能多次循環(huán)使用，有效地降低了成本。優(yōu)惠工藝條件為：αk=1.4、晶種系數1.5、分解溫度40℃、分解時(shí)間為4 h時(shí)，分解率53.68%，產(chǎn)品的平均粒徑0.50 μm。 |

| A Study on Ultrafine Modified Aluminum Hydroxide |

| Abstract：The ultrafine modified aluminum hydroxide was prepared using the improved fine Bayer method. Results showed that average grain diameter and dispersion rate was 0.50 μm and 53.86%，respectively，under the optimum conditions such as αk value of sodium aluminate solution1.4，crystal seed coefficient 1.5，dispersion temperature 40℃ and time 4 h，indicating that addition of dispersible modifier in the crystal seed decomposition process could solve the agglomeration problem between the granules，improving the product quality，realizing the granule surface modification to enable the crystal seed recycled use many times，and therefore effectively reduced the cost. |
