| 摘 要：綜述了國內外第四代頭孢類(lèi)抗生素硫酸頭孢噻利的合成研究進(jìn)展。介紹了由頭孢母核、7位側鏈和3位側鏈不同原料的各種合成路線(xiàn)，分析了各種合成方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。在避開(kāi)國內外專(zhuān)利保護的范圍內，提出了新的環(huán)境友好的研究思路。 |

| Progress on the Synthesis of Cefoselis Sulfate |

| Abstract：This paper reviewed the progress of the fourth generation antibiotics cefoselis sulfate. According to the materials of cephalosporin matrix，intermediate，the synthetic methods for cefoselis sulfate was described in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of the methods were analyzed together. A new environment-friendly method was proposed to avoid the protection of patent. |
