6，7-二氫-6-甲基-3-甲硫基吡喃［4，3-c］吡唑-4-（2H）-酮衍生物的合成及生物活性 |

| 摘 要：6-甲基-5，6-二氫吡喃-2，4-二酮和二硫化碳、碘甲烷縮合得到5，6-二氫吡喃-2，4-二酮的二硫縮醛化合物，然后和取代肼反應得到1位取代和2位取代6，7-二氫-6-甲基-3-甲硫基吡喃［4，3-c］吡唑-4-（2H）-酮衍生物。其化學(xué)結構通過(guò)單晶X衍射、1H NMR、13C NMR、元素分析證實(shí)。生物活性測試結果初步表明，該類(lèi)化合物表現出一定的殺菌和對前列腺癌細胞PC3的抑制活性。 |

| Synthesis and Bioactivity of 1（2）-Aryl-6，7-dihydro-6-methyl-3-methylthiopyrano［4，3-c］pyrazol-4-（2H）-ones |

| Abstract：3-（Bismethylthio）methylene-5，6-dihydro-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2，4-diones were obtained by reacting 5，6-dihydro-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2，4-diones with carbon disulfide，methyl halides，which were also reacted with substituted hadrozines to synthesize 1（2）-Aryl-6，7-dihydro-6-methyl-3-methylthiopyrano［4，3-c］pyrazol-4-（2H）- ones. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR，X diffraction and elemental analysis. Their fungicidal and anticancer activities were also tested. |
