光氣法合成2,3-吡啶羧酸酐 |

摘 要:2,3-吡啶羧酸酐是新型廣譜除草劑滅草煙的重要中間體,文獻所介紹的合成方法是以2,3-吡啶二羧酸與乙酸酐反應制得。筆者在文獻基礎上對合成方法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),以2,3-吡啶二羧酸與光氣反應,降低了成本,簡(jiǎn)化了操作,得到的產(chǎn)品純度達94%,收率超過(guò)88%,達到文獻值。產(chǎn)品結構經(jīng)元素分析、紅外光譜、核磁共振確證。 |

Synthesis of Pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic Anhydride by Phosgene |

Abstract:Pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride,a key intermediate of the herbicide imazapyr,was synthesized from pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid and anhydride according to the methods in the patents. The synthesis method was improved by replacement of anhydride with phosgene in the paper. The purity and yield of the target product achieved 94% and over 88%,conventient operation and cheap veagents. The structure of product was conformed by elementary analysis,IR and 1H NMR. |
