對叔丁基苯硼酸的合成及表征 |

| 摘 要：以對叔丁基溴苯為原料，在氮氣保護下，通過(guò)格氏反應合成了對叔丁基苯硼酸，考察了溫度、反應時(shí)間和物料配比等因素對收率的影響，優(yōu)化合成條件為：n（對叔丁基溴苯） ∶ n（硼酸三甲酯）=1 ∶ 1.5，反應溫度為-20~-30℃，反應時(shí)間140 min，總收率69.5%。質(zhì)譜和核磁共振光譜分析表明所得產(chǎn)物與目標產(chǎn)物結構一致。 |

| Synthesis and Characterization of 4-Tert-butylphenylboronic Acid |

| Abstract：4-Tert-butylphenylboronic acid was synthesized with trimethyl borate and Grignard reagents which was prepared with 1-bromo-4-tert-butylbenzene and metal magnesium as raw materials under N2. An optimized process was obtained as follows: 1.5 ∶ 1molar ratio of 1-bromo-4-tert-butylbenzene to trimethyl borate，the temperature -20~-30℃，and the reaction time 140min. The final yield was 69.5%. The product was identified by mass spectrum and HNMR。 |
