[2,2]-對二甲苯環(huán)二體的合成研究 |

摘 要:研究了季銨鹽經(jīng)霍夫曼消除反應制備[2,2]-對二甲苯環(huán)二體的合成方法。討論了介質(zhì)堿性、溶劑、反應溫度和反應時(shí)間等工藝條件對產(chǎn)物收率的影響。獲得了合成反應的優(yōu)化參數為:對二甲苯為溶劑、硼氫化鈉為還原劑、n(氧化銀) ∶ n(季銨鹽)=1 ∶ 1,反應溫度110℃、反應時(shí)間10 h。收率10.1% 。 |

Synthesis of [2,2]-Paracyclophane |

Abstract:A synthetic method for the preparation of [2,2]-paracyclophane by hofmann elimination was proposed. The influences of medium alkalinity,solvents,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of the product were investigated. Suitable reaction parameters for the synthesis were obtained as follows:solvent was p-xylene,n(silver oxide)∶ n(quaternary ammonium salt)=1 ∶ 1,reaction temperature110℃ and reaction time 10 h. At this condition,the yield of [2,2]-paracyclophane was 10.1%,and the quality of the product met the standard of qualified product. |
