| Synthesis of Nitriles and its Application in the Discovery of Innovative Chemicals with Biological Activity |

| Abstract：Synthetic methods of nitriles were introduced，and the development of catalytic synthesis of （hetero）aromatic nitriles form the corresponding aryl halides was described mainly，and the application of nitriles in the discovery of innovative chemicals with biological activity was also presented simultaneously. |
