啶酰菌胺的合成與生物活性研究 |

摘 要:以對氯苯硼酸和鄰碘苯胺為原料,經(jīng)Suzuki偶合制得聯(lián)苯胺,再與2-氯煙酰氯反應得到目標產(chǎn)物啶酰菌胺,收率71.2%,其結構經(jīng)核磁共振驗證。室內生物活性測定結果表明該化合物具有廣譜的殺菌活性,其在25 mg/L濃度下對白粉病、灰霉病的防效分別為85%和70%。 |

Synthesis and Bioactivity of Fungicide Boscalid |

Abstract:Fungicide boscalid was prepared by the reaction of 2-chloronicotinoyl chloride with the intermediate biphenyl-2-amine prepared from the starting materials 2-iodinphenylamine and 4-chlorophenyl boric acid via Suzuki reaction,with the yield 71.2%. The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR. The bioasay results of bioactivity test showed that boscalid had a broad-spectrum and good fungicidal activity,and gave respective 85% and 70% control against powdery mildew and grey mold at 25 mg/L. |
