微波輻射分子篩催化合成乙酰水楊酸的研究 |

摘 要:介紹了一種采用微波輻射技術(shù)、分子篩催化合成乙酰水楊酸的方法,探討了不同反應條件對產(chǎn)物收率的影響,實(shí)驗結果表明:當n(水楊酸) ∶ n(乙酸酐)=1 ∶ 2.0、催化劑的用量為水楊酸質(zhì)量的5%、微波輻射功率為200 W、輻射時(shí)間為2.5 min時(shí),乙酰水楊酸的收率可達95.1%. |

Synthesis of Acetylsalicylic Acid by Microwave Irradiation with Molecular Sieve as Catalyst |

Abstract:A method of synthesis of acetylsalicylic acid by microwave irradiation with molecular sieve as catalyst was introduced,the effects of different reaction conditions on yield of the product were discussed,the experimental results showed that,the yield of acetylsalicylic acid reached 95.3% when molar ratio of salicylic acid to acetic acid anhydride was 1 ∶ 2.0,the molecular sieve catalyst amount was 5% of salicylic acid,the microwave power was 200 W and the reaction time was 2.5 min. |
