疏水作用色譜用球狀交聯(lián)聚乙烯醇的制備 |

| 摘 要：采用懸浮聚合法成功地制備了PVA白球 ,對水溶液中PVA含量、甲醛用量、表面活性劑配伍和用量、油水體積比、攪拌速度及反應溫度等影響因素進(jìn)行了研究和探索。優(yōu)惠工藝條件為 :5 0ml 15 %PVA分散在 3 0 0ml的油相中 ,以 3 .0 g油酸鈉和 5 .0mlspan -80作表面活性劑 ,用 10ml甲醛溶液作交聯(lián)劑 ,在 88℃和 40 0r/min的條件下進(jìn)行懸浮聚合。制備得到了縮醛化度為 3 0 %的球狀PVA顆粒 ,其中粒徑為 0 2 4～ 0 .3 5mm的約占 80 %。 |

| Synthesis of Cross-Linked PVA Beads for Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography |

| Abstract：The polymeric beads of PVA were successfully synthesized in transformer oil by suspended polymerization. The factors such as the polymerization degree and concentration of PVA, the amount of formaldehyde, phase ratio, stirring speed and temperature were thoroughly studied in this paper.
