5-乙�；�-2，3-二氫苯并呋喃的合成 |

| 摘 要：采用鄰溴苯酚為初始原料，在相轉移催化劑作用下經(jīng)烷基化合成2-（2-氯乙氧基）-1-溴苯（1），通過(guò)生成格氏試劑合成2，3-二氫苯并呋喃（2），由傅-克�；磻铣�5-乙�；�-2，3-二氫苯并呋喃（3）。反應過(guò)程以薄層色譜法監控，并通過(guò)元素分析、1H NMR對各中間體的組成和結構進(jìn)行了確證和表征。 |

| Synthesis of 5-Acetyl-2，3-dihydrobenzofuran |

| Abstract：Reaction of 2-bromophenol with 1,2-dichloroethane via alkylation in the presence of the phase transfer catalysis and sodium hydroxide afforded 1-bromo-2-（2-chloroethoxy）benzene（1），and then reacted with magnesium and 1，2-dibromoethane in anhydrous tetrahydrofuran to produce 2，3-dihydrobenzofuran（2） followed by Friedel-crafts acetylation with acetyl chloride by using aluminum chloride as catalysis in dichloromethane to give 5-acetyl-2，3-dihydrobenzofuran（3）. The reaction process was monitored by TLC，and the compositions and structures of the intermediates were confirmed by means of elemental analysis and 1H NMR. |
