3,5-二氨基-4-苯偶氮基吡唑合成與表征 |

摘 要:以苯胺為原料,經(jīng)重氮化、偶聯(lián)、縮合環(huán)化等反應合成3,5-二氨基-4-苯偶氮基吡唑,采用紅外光譜、核磁共振光譜、元素分析鑒定了結構;通過(guò)調節偶聯(lián)反應體系的酸堿度,確定了適宜pH為5,收率88%;對縮合環(huán)化反應條件進(jìn)行了研究,確定了適宜反應時(shí)間為4 h,反應溫度為78℃,收率84.2%。 |

Abstract:Taking aniline as primary substance,3,5-diamino-4-phenylazo-1H-pyrazole was synthesized via diazotization,coupling and circling reaction. The structures were confirmed by IR,1H NMR and elemental analysis. By adjusting pH of coupling reaction,the optimal pH was selected as 5,and the yield was 88%. Through an investigation of condensation cyclization the conditions,the optimal reaction time and temperature was considered to be 4 h and 78℃ respectively,and the yield was 84.2%. |
