六亞甲基二氨基甲酸正丁酯熱分解制備1,6-六亞甲基二異氰酸酯新型催化劑研究 |

摘 要:合成了8種吡啶-2-甲酸鹽,將其用作液相熱分解六亞甲基二氨基甲酸正丁酯(HDU-B)制備1,6-六亞甲基二異氰酸酯(HDI)的催化劑,考察了其催化活性,實(shí)驗結果表明吡啶-2-甲酸鋅具有較好的催化性能。通過(guò)熱分解實(shí)驗確定了適宜的工藝條件:吡啶-2-甲酸鋅為催化劑,適宜用量為HDU-B質(zhì)量的1.0%~1.2%,真空度0.094 MPa,反應溫度260~270℃,在此條件下,HDI收率88.7%,時(shí)空產(chǎn)率282.8 g/(g cat·h),優(yōu)于目前的文獻報道結果。 |

Investigation on the New Catalyst for Preparing 1,6-Hexamethylene Diisocyanate from Thermal Decomposition of Hexamethylene di-n-Butylurethane |

Abstract:The eight kinds of metal picolinates were synthesized and used as catalysts for the thermal decomposition of hexamethylene di-n-butylurethane(HDU-B)to prepare 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) in the liquid phase .The experiment results showed that zinc picolinate had the highest catalystic activity .The optimum reaction conditions was obtained by thermal decomposition as following: zinc picolinate used as the catalyst (1.0%~1.2% by weight based on the weight of HDU-B),vacuum pressure 0.094 MPa and reaction temperature 260~270℃. Under the above conditions,the HDI yield and time-space yield reached 88.7% and 282.8 g/(g cat·h), respectively,which were superior to the reported data in the literatures . |
