一鍋法合成1，4-二（2，2-二吡咯甲基）苯 |

| 摘 要：以吡咯和對苯二甲醛為原料，采用無(wú)溶劑Michael加成反應一步合成1，4-二（2，2'-二吡咯甲基）苯（BDMP）�？疾炝送读媳�、溫度、催化劑等因素對反應的影響。得出合成的最佳工藝條件為：n（吡咯） ∶ n（對苯二甲醛） ∶ n（丙酸）= 4 ∶ 1 ∶ 0.1，反應溫度25℃，反應時(shí)間30 min。在此條件下，產(chǎn)品1，4-二（2，2'-二吡咯甲基）苯的收率可達85％，純度可達95％（HPLC）。目標化合物經(jīng)1H NMR、13C NMR確證。 |

| Synthesis of 1，4-Bis（2，2'-dipyrromethyl）Benzene by One-pot Method |

| Abstract：1，4-Bis（2，2'-dipyrromethyl）benzene（BDMP） was prepared by “one-pot”method with p-phthaladehyde，pyrrole，n-propionic acid. The optimum conditions were given ：n（pyrrole） ∶ n（p-phthaladehyde） ∶ n（n-propionic acid）= 4 ∶ 1 ∶ 0.1，reaction temperature 25℃，reaction time 30 min，yield of 1，4-bis（2，2'-dipyrromethyl）benzene was over 85％ and the purity of the refined product was over 95%. Structure of the target product was identified by 1H NMR and 13C NMR. |
