氣相色譜法測定敵敵畏·氯氰菊酯復配乳油 |

| 摘 要：采用弱極性填充分析柱和程序升溫的氣相色譜方法對敵敵畏·氯氰菊酯復配乳油中兩活性組分進(jìn)行測定，氫火焰離子化檢測器檢測，雙內標定量。通過(guò)對兩有效成分的線(xiàn)性關(guān)系、精密度和回收率試驗，獲得了滿(mǎn)意的結果。測定敵敵畏和氯氰菊酯的線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數分別為1.000 0和0.999 95，標準偏差分別為0.37和0.019，相對標準偏差分別為1.96%和0.85%，平均回收率分別為99.23% 和 99.51%。 |

| Determination of Dichlorvos-cypermethrin EC by Gas Chromatography |

| Abstract：A gas chromatography method was established to determine dichlorvos and cypermethrin in the mixture formulation emusifiable concentrate（EC）. The gas chromatography method was acquired with weak polar column and programmed temperature, dichlorvos and cypermethrin content in the formulation were detected under the conditions such as FID detector and double interior standard quantitation. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients for dichlorvos and cypermethrin were 1.000 0 and 0.999 95，the RSD 1.96% and 0.85%, and average recovery were 99.23% and 99.51%, respectively. Indicating that the method was satisfactory for analysis of dichlorvos and cypermethrin content in the formulation. |
