| 摘 要：2，4－吡喃二酮在醫藥和農藥方面都是一個(gè)具有潛在生物活性的母體結構。其衍生物在醫藥方面具有抗菌、抗癌，抑制HIV朊酶等生物活性，在農藥方面具有殺蟲(chóng)、殺菌、除草和抗植物病毒等。介紹了近年來(lái)2，4－吡喃二酮衍生物的合成方法的研究進(jìn)展。 |

| Abstract：2，4-Dipyrone which is a fundamental structure with potential bioactivities in the aspects of pesticides and pharmaceuticals. Its derivatives have good drug activities such as antibacterial，anticancer，inhibiting activity to HIV protease and so on，and pesticidal activities such as insecticide，fungicide，herbicide and so on. The progress in the method of synthesis of 2，4－dipyrones derivatives is summarized. |
