| 摘 要：異硫氰酸酯作為一類(lèi)重要的有機合成中間體，其制備及應用受到廣泛關(guān)注。筆者綜述了異硫氰酸酯的多種制備方法及其在化合物合成、生物技術(shù)方面的應用，并對糖基異硫氰酸酯這類(lèi)特殊的異硫氰酸酯的應用作了較詳盡的闡述。 |

| Abstract：Isothiocyanates is a kind of important organic intermediates, and its synthesis methods and applications are paid more and more attentions. In this paper, several synthesis methods of isothiocyanates were summarized as well as its application in synthesis of compound and biotechnology. Particularly, the application of glycosyl isothiocyanates is introduced in detail. |
