2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚的合成 |

摘 要:以2,4-二甲基苯酚、異丁烯為原料,濃硫酸為催化劑進(jìn)行烷基化反應制備2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚,并用氣相色譜、核磁、質(zhì)譜及紅外等對產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行結構表征。討論了異丁烯通入量和反應時(shí)間、溫度以及催化劑用量對反應收率的影響,同時(shí)進(jìn)行了穩定性實(shí)驗。目標產(chǎn)品純度99%,相對于2,4-二甲基苯酚收率達到95%以上。 |

Abstract:2,4-Dimethyl-6-tert-butylphenol was prepared from 2,4-dimethylphenol and isobutylene and in the presence of the catalyst sulfuric acid. The structure of the compound was characterized by gas chromatograph,nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and mass spectrum and infrared spectrum. The influencing factors such as the quantity of isobutylene and reaction time on yield were discussed. And a series of experiments showed that the method had good repetitiveness and stability. The purity of target product was 99% with yield up to 95%. |
