2-乙氧基丙烯綠色合成技術(shù)的研究 |

| 摘 要：以酸性陽(yáng)離子交換樹(shù)脂為催化劑在無(wú)溶劑的條件下，采用丙酮和原甲酸三乙酯縮合來(lái)制備丙酮縮二乙醇，通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗和單因素實(shí)驗得到適宜的反應條件為：反應溫度15℃、保溫時(shí)間10 h、催化劑用量1 ∶ 80（m／m）、原料配比n（丙酮） ∶ n（原甲酸三乙酸）=1.0 ∶ 1、催化劑用量m（催化劑） ∶ m（原甲酸三乙酸）=1 ∶ 100。再以氯化銨為催化劑采用反應精餾技術(shù)由丙酮縮二乙醇制備了2-乙氧基丙烯，考察了回流比對2-乙氧基丙烯收率的影響，得到適宜的回流比為8。在適宜的操作條件下，2-乙氧基丙烯單程總收率達77.2％。該技術(shù)具有所需設備投資和能耗較低、流程簡(jiǎn)單且對環(huán)境友好的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是一種可行的綠色合成技術(shù)。 |

| The Green Synthesis Technology of 2-Ethoxypropene |

| Abstract：2，2-Diethoxypropane was synthesized from acetone and triethyl orthoformate via condensation with acidic cation-exchange resin. The affection to the yield of some factors such as reaction temperature，persistent time，catalyst quantity and reactant ratio were discussed. and the optimal technologic conditions are determined. 2-Ethoxypropene was prepared from 2，2-diethoxypropane with reactive distillation technology. The overall yield of 2-ethoxypropene was up to 77.2%. The technology is a feasible green synthesis，friendly to the enviroment，simple operation，low equipment investment and energy consumption. |
