超聲波與相轉移催化合成扁桃酸 |

摘 要:以超聲波、相轉移催化法合成了扁桃酸,同時(shí)采用正交設計法確定了反應優(yōu)惠條件:以TBAB作相轉移催化劑、原料配比n(苯甲醛) ∶ n(氯仿)=1 ∶ 2.5、40%的氫氧化鈉、超聲波功率160 W、反應溫度60℃。優(yōu)惠條件下收率達到87.6%。由于采用低濃度的氫氧化鈉,給生產(chǎn)操作帶來(lái)了方便。 |

Preparation of Mandelic Acid Promoted by Ultrasonic Phase Transfer Catalyst |

Abstract:Mandelic acid was synthesized by the phase transfer catalyst and ultrasound. The reaction paraments were optimized by orthogonal design method. The optimun conditions were as follows:phase transfer catalyst was TBAB,mole ratio of C6H5CHO and CHCl3 was 1 ∶ 1.25,ultrasonic power 160 W ,reaction temperature 60℃ .Under the conditions the yield of 87.65% is achieved. Using low concentration of NaOH brought convenience to the production operation. |
