青霉素G亞砜的合成 |

摘 要:以青霉素G鉀鹽為原料,采用15%左右低濃度過(guò)氧乙酸為氧化劑合成青霉素G亞砜,反應時(shí)間2~2.5 h,n(過(guò)氧乙酸) ∶ n(青霉素G鉀鹽)=(1.1~1.2) ∶ 1.0,反應溫度和結晶溫度在0~5℃,總收率可達96%以上。所得青霉素G亞砜可直接從溶液中結晶析出,解決了產(chǎn)物與反應體系的分離。產(chǎn)品純度較高。 |

Synthesis of Penicillin G Sulfoxide |

Abstract:Penicillin G potassium salt is oxidized with 15% low concentration of peroxyacetic acid to synthesize penicillin G sulfoxide. The optimal conditions were as follows:reaction time 2.0~2.5 h,mole ratio of peroxyacetic acid and penicillin G K =(1.1~1.2) ∶ 1.0,reaction and crystal temperature 0~5℃. The total yield of product was over 96%. The product could be crystallized directly from the solution and thus the separating problem was resolved. The purity of the product was high. |
