磺酸樹(shù)脂催化合成尼泊金酯的研究 |

摘 要:以對羥基苯甲酸(PHBA)和丁醇為原料,用磺酸樹(shù)脂作催化劑,催化合成了尼泊金丁酯,優(yōu)化反應條件為:n(丁醇) ∶ n(對羥基苯甲酸)=5 ∶ 1,催化劑磺酸樹(shù)脂的用量為對羥基苯甲酸質(zhì)量的21%,反應溫度為回流溫度,反應時(shí)間為5 h。尼泊金丁酯收率可達82.6%,催化劑可重復使用,產(chǎn)品結構用紅外光譜圖進(jìn)行了表征。該方法也適合于合成尼泊金戊酯。 |

Synthesis of Parabens Catalyzed by Sulfoacid Resin |

Abstract:Butyl p-hydroxybenzoate was synthesized from p-hydroxybenzoic acid and butanol with sulfoacid resin as catalyst. The optimum conditions were as follow: ratio of n-butanol, p-hydroxybenzoic acid and sulfonic acid resin was 0.25 mol ∶ 0.05 mol ∶ 1.5 g, refluxing for 5 h using water separator at the reflow reaction temperature. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of butyl p-hydroxybenzoate reached 82.6%. These products were characterized by measuring melting point and IR. The method was also propitious to synthesize amyl p -hydroxybenzoate. |
