2-氰乙基-5-降冰片烯-2-醛的合成 |

摘 要:研究了2-氰乙基-5-降冰片稀-2-醛的合成方法,其為環(huán)戊二烯-丙烯醛法生產(chǎn)2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶的一個(gè)重要中間體。此中間體由丙烯腈與5-降冰片稀-2-醛經(jīng)叔丁醇與氫氧化鉀催化發(fā)生邁克爾加成反應而生成。通過(guò)實(shí)驗得到了反應的優(yōu)惠條件,目標產(chǎn)物的收率可達98%以上。 |

Abstract:The compound 2-cyanoethyl-5-norbornene-2-carboxaldehyde is a key intermediate of 2-chloro-5-chloromethylpyridine through cyclopentadiene- acraldehyde method. 2-cyanoethyl-5-norbornene-2- carboxaldehyde was synthesized through a Michael addition reaction of acrylonitrile and 5-norbornene-2- carboxaldehyde using tert-butyl alcohol and potassium hydroxide as catalyst at room temperature. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained via experiments with a yield of the title product of above 98%. |
